A high-street travel agency on Western Road, booking holidays, cruises and flights for people who would rather talk to someone than book it all themselves online.

What we did

• A site the team update themselves: special offers, travel reports and reviews all go up without ringing us
• Holiday reports upload as PDFs and get their cover pictures made automatically
• ABTA, ATOL and FSB badges where people actually look for them
• Everything they upload is stored somewhere safe, not just on the web server

What we did

• A site that explains the care they offer and makes it easy to pick up the phone
• Every enquiry is saved the moment it arrives, so none of them can quietly go missing
• A recruitment page, because they are hiring as hard as they are selling
• Their health and safety handbook downloadable straight from the site

Business Enterprise Network

A membership network working to deliver investment, economic growth and prosperity across East Sussex.

What we did

• A map of the county behind the logo at the top of the page, so a member can see at a glance whether their town is covered
• A rolling set of photographs from the network’s own events
• Cookie settings a visitor can actually choose between, not one Accept button
• Typefaces served from their own server, so reading the page sends nothing to anyone else
